1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered

📌 Important:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Supporting images/videos are required for verification

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Minor color/design variations (due to screen differences or handmade nature)

3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
